Return and Exchange Guidelines
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a smooth return or exchange process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Video Proof Requirement: For any return or damage claim, provide a continuous, unedited video of the package being opened. Ensure the video clearly shows the package label and seal.
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, as shown in the opening video.
- The product received differs from what was ordered.
- Customizations are incorrect or do not match the order details.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, manuals, and any included accessories.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Late requests will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued as store credits to your account. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Exchange Process
Exchanges for incorrect or damaged items may take 10-12 business days. This includes arranging the return of the incorrect item and dispatching the replacement.
Additional Notes
- Minor damages that can be repaired are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If a product is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability, reshipping charges will apply. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
